Last weekend the kids and me (Miah was in Turkey) flew out to L.A to go visit Cortney with my parents. It was so nice to see where he lives and hang out with him. He is such a great uncle and brother! It was also so much fun to spend time with Mimi and Papa. They are the cutest grandparents (sorry Mimi, I know you don't like it when I use that word). My kids adore them. Thanks to Laura, Lacey and Darren for taking time out of their busy lives to come hang out with us as well! We missed you Miah, Brandon, Julie and Ads.

Hey dorko- thanks for calling me when you were in town! I'm just kidding, I know how it goes, so much to do and so little time. Your family is so dang cute and you are so beautiful. I swore I wouldn't do the blog thing either, but I gave into peer pressure. Plus it's so fun to see other people's blogs and it's a great way to keep in touch. I'm jealous you took a trip to Hawaii without the kids. Kent and I have yet to take a real vacation just the two of us. Hopefully we can fit one in this year. Hope you are well. Take care,
